Life Impact International is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All gifts are tax-deductible.
Donations given to Life Impact International, Life Impact UK, Life Impact Australia, Life Impact Brazil, and the Life Impact Thailand Foundation are held in a general fund that is used for regular operating expenses which provide for the essential needs of the children affected by exploitation and trafficking.
Donations given to Life Impact International, Life Impact UK, Life Impact Australia, Life Impact Brazil, and the Life Impact Thailand Foundation provide not only essentials and life-saving care, but also resources necessary to accomplish our overall mission to prevent, rescue, and heal children and teenagers affected by or at-risk of exploitation and trafficking – including personnel, materials, buildings, and equipment.
Life Impact International will operate in the utmost integrity and make every effort to utilize contributions for the purposes specified or pursuant to the requested donor designation; however, this and all donations are accepted with the understanding that Life Impact International has complete control and administration over the use of all donated funds.
Accountability
Life Impact International, Inc.’s financial statements are reviewed each quarter by an independent nonprofit CPA and our CEO. At the current level of our revenue, a Compilation is only required at this time. This Compilation is performed by an independent CPA firm. In addition, our Board of Directors reviews the financial statements and reports at each meeting. Our 990 is reviewed by our CEO, Board Finance Chairman, & Board Secretary before submission. We are members of Guidestar and Charity Navigator.
