🌟Prevention Project Amazon🌟

The girls and boys project in Autazes occurs weekly on Saturday mornings at the Happy Kids Foundation. The boys receive biblical teaching, prayer and soccer training from our coach. The girls receive biblical teaching, prayer, mental health assistance and self-care talks, as well as improving arts and crafts skills, and all kids receive meals while they're in our care.

We also help support the Happy Kids Foundation monthly in Autazes which has after school program Tuesdays through Thursdays with tutoring, art classes, Portuguese classes, computers and sports. We help feed 80 kids, 3 times a week, and help support the foundation to buy necessary learning materials.

The partnership with this Foundation allows us to use the building and soccer court for our weekend program. We're so grateful for our partners!

This little girl comes from a broken family. At a

This little girl comes from a broken family. At a young age, after her father died, her mother remarried, and then abandoned her to be raised by her grandfather. Her alcoholic grandfather raised her from when she was a baby in a broken-down home that was ready to collapse. She didn't go to school or have any real social interaction.
But when our team found out about her, we worked to find the best solution for this little girl who was only 7 years old. We work with a boarding school in the same village and after a month of talking with her grandfather, he finally allowed her to go!
She was initially scared because she had no friends and did not talk much. She has now been studying and living there for 2 years! She gets three meals a day, her teachers tell us that she is so happy, and she now speaks both Burmese and Karen!
At Life Impact we focus on every child, treat each case and situation uniquely, and work to provide the best future for every child.
We believe that if we can change a life, we can change the world!

On this International Women's Day, we're reminded that we've been rescued to rescue. With 1 in 3 women globally (especially younger women and girls) experiencing violence, there is always work to be done! We stand against the abuse and trafficking, and will do everything we can to bring it to an end, not only in Thailand, Burma, and Brazil, but around the world.

With your help, women and children can be rescued from the violence and abuse, and brought to a place of safety where they can heal and experience the love of their Rescuer, Jesus, and walk in the life and destiny He intended for them!

At Life Impact, we reach and rescue children from child trafficking and abuse while ALSO bringing the Gospel to as many children as we can!

We believe that we are ALL rescued to rescue! Every child that we reach with our outreaches hears about the love of Jesus. Our team often uses the salvation bracelets as a visual reminder to teach the children about who Jesus is and what He did for us.

💛 - Yellow reminds us of heaven, that God loves us and wants us all to be with Him in heaven.

🖤 - The dark bead reminds us of sin. Because we have all sinned, we've been separated from God.

❤️ - Red reminds us of the blood of Jesus. Jesus took the punishment for our sins by dying on the cross.

🤍 - The clear or white bead reminds us that when we believe in Jesus, we are made clean from sin. We now have a relationship with God and will one day be with him in heaven.

💚 - Green reminds us that it is important to grow in our relationship with Jesus by reading the Bible and praying.

It's Welcome Week at our Prevention Buildings!

School started back up this week, and the children were welcomed by our whole team! Our kids introduced themselves in a fun and creative way, with different activities to help everyone get to know each other.
We started the project by teaching the children about prayer and then walked through our rules. Each day finished with a meal for every child!

This semester we will have about 250 children each week! We are so excited for how God is going to use our team and move in the lives of these children!

Join us in praying for a revival in our children and these communities!

Valentine's Day at the Promise Land! We had a grea

Valentine's Day at the Promise Land! We had a great time with our teenage rescues eating dinner together and worshipping.

The girls had a time of doing their hair and makeup, and each girl received a rose and candy.

The boys had their own time together, with food, and a timely word for them.

We wanted to make sure each one of them felt loved by us, but especially by their Savior!
