Prevent – $50 monthly provides a child with weekly tutoring, counseling, warm meals, and vocational training.

Life Impact International grew out of the desire of one young woman whose life was changed after an encounter with Jesus at 19. Lana Vasquez believes she was rescued to rescue at-risk and vulnerable children who are being trafficked and exploited in Thailand, Burma (Myanmar), the war zones in between, and Brazil.
It started 22 years ago in Thailand when Lana took over the responsibility of an existing safe home with more than 50 children. Over the years, the work has expanded to not only rescue children but also to prevent exploitation and bring healing to children across three countries.
Life Impact International works to protect the vulnerable, fights the atrocities of exploitation in all its forms, from trafficking, abuse, and abandonment to slavery and prostitution, and works to change the world one life at a time. The goal is to rescue as many children as possible and to heal broken hearts, minds, and bodies. The ministry does this through outreach programs, prevention projects, education, and counseling.
In Thailand, Life Impact International welcomes children to the Promise Land, where there are family-style safe homes with a mother, father, and siblings. Besides being provided with a loving home, the children receive trauma counseling, an education, vocational training, spiritual care, and most of all, the love of a Savior, who is their true Rescuer!
In Burma (Myanmar), the ministry has teams who look for vulnerable children to rescue, provide a safe home for those who need one, and also supply aid to those impacted by war.
Recently, Life Impact International began working in three areas of Brazil: Rio De Janeiro, the Amazon, and Juazeiro do Norte. There, the ministry operates prevention projects that focus on protecting children from sexual abuse, community awareness campaigns, vocational training, feeding programs, and, very soon, a safe home in the Amazon region.
Life Impact International will continue reaching thousands of children in its mission to rescue and raise up vulnerable and exploited children.
