Betsy served with Life Impact International as an intern for one month. She blessed the ministry in many ways, including teaching our children dance and drama.
One of the ways I had an opportunity to be involved with Life Impact was teaching dance lessons. I taught the girls ages 7 to 15 beginning ballet and jazz for the past two weeks. I have instructed dance classes in the US, however, I never taught girls quite as dedicated. They practiced every day, even when they were not in class. They worked together and by themselves, always eager to perform for anyone. The smiles on their faces as I taught them the techniques and the hugs at the end of class warmed my heart. I hope that because of the dance lessons, they will see more opportunities that God may hold for them in the future.
